We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shoes! See below for details on our return policy. 

Do you offer returns? 
It depends. All Sale Items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the shoes, select shoes will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page).

If you receive goods with quality issues, please provide evidence and contact customer service to discuss a refund.Within 15 days

If you have any issues regarding sizing or other problems, please contact us within 15 days, and our customer service team will assist you.

 

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.

Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
