Do you offer returns? 

For apparel products, such as footwear, please carefully verify your size prior to purchase; we are available to assist you in confirming this. As these items are handmade, should a sizing issue arise after you receive your order within 15days, the item must be returned for an exchange (return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer).

If you have any issues regarding sizing or other problems, please contact us within 15 days, and our customer service team will assist you.

 

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.

Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
